Join us for an immersive One-Eyed Rebel Rum Blending Experience!
With a refreshing rum and mixer in hand, we’ll take you on a journey through the origins of rum, exploring its rich heritage and what inspired us to create our own botanical spiced rum One-Eyed Rebel.
Next, enjoy a guided tasting of our three award-winning One-Eyed Rebel variations: Original Spiced, Black Cherry, and Passion Fruit Coconut, plus the ‘Guide’s Blend’ - a sample of your tour guide’s own blended rum! This will help you discover your palate and preferred flavour profiles ahead of blending your own creation.
Finally, dive into the art of blending as you craft your own unique
spiced rum. Guided by our experts, you’ll choose from a variety of
different rum macerates to create a custom blend that reflects your
personal taste, creating a 700ml bottle of your very own blend to
take home and enjoy.
Distillery guests will get 10% off their bill in our bar, Three Little Words, and 10% off merchandise purchases. Our distillery is fully accessible, but please let us know at the time of booking if you have any specific requirements. For bookings of more than 6 people please email bookings@spiritofmanchester.co.uk.

1. Our experiences are non-refundable but are transferable up until one week before the event.
2. Vouchers are non-refundable, even if they expire unused. If you have any issues with your booking, please contact us by email at tours@spiritofmanchester.co.uk
3. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol or to request ID to verify you are of legal drinking age.
4. We reserve the right to alter the content, times and prices of our tours.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot be guaranteed.
7. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
8. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
9. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event.
